Do I need experience to join?
No. Some of our players have never played before, while others haven’t played since school. All abilities are welcome.
How do I join?
Just come along to one of our training sessions. Find out where and when on our training page.
Do I have to play in league matches?
No. Playing in the league is completely optional. Many members just come along to the weekly training sessions for fun and fitness.
Do I need to buy any special kit?
No special kit is required. We have a team rounders shirt you can buy, but we also have spare shirts available if needed for a game or a friendly.
Do I need my own bat or equipment?
No. The club provides all the equipment, including bats and balls.
At what age can I join?
Players must be 18 or over. Our team includes players of all ages, including members in their 50s.
Can I just turn up to a session?
Yes. New players are welcome to come along and try a session. Your first session is free.
How much does it cost?
Your first session is free to try, then sessions cost £3 per week.
Is it competitive or social?
Our sessions are friendly and social, with the option to play more competitively in league matches if you want.
Do you do anything social as a club?
Definitely! We regularly head to the pub after training and organise socials throughout the year. Socials are communicated via our WhatsApp group.
