Proud to be playing in the Manchester Women’s Rounders League
We’re excited to be joining the Manchester Women’s Rounders League (MWRL) for the first time.
MWRL is a friendly and social rounders league for women aged 18+ across Greater Manchester. Teams from areas including Stretford, Urmston, Sale, Chorlton, Rusholme, Prestwich, Swinton and Stockport take part each summer.
League matches run from June to September and are played at Turn Moss Playing Fields in Stretford, usually starting at 7pm on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings.
Playing in league matches is completely optional. Some of our players love the chance to play competitively, while others prefer to just come along to training and socials – both are equally part of the club.
If you’re interested in playing in league matches, just let the captains know, and we’ll add you to the squad for upcoming games.
